Charlie Price

Bio

Charlie Price is the President of DCTC, a Community Housing Development Corporation that specializes in work force housing, including multifamily and single family.  He has over thirty-four years of housing industry experience including stops with the Enterprise Foundation, Cities of Dallas, Fort Worth and Arlington.   He is a board member of the Texas Association of Community Development Corporations and is also a member and former board member of the Texas Association of Local Housing Finance Agencies.  In addition, he has served on the Pantego Economic Development Corp. board and served a term as a council member to the Town of Pantego.
